SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard Shipping is the most popular chosen shipping method .

It takes about 3-10 working days (up to 3 days for productions and 7 days delivery)

We will update your tracking to the email that you used to place order.

Be patient, your order will be taken care by our 24/24 support team.

Orders placed on TeeYum are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3 pm PST (excluding major holidays) and almost all orders ship from our print shop within 2-4 days of the order being placed. We have a high success rate simply because of the garment options we offer, most of which are highly available and rarely out of stock.
We use Insured Shipping method to carry your orders. We ship all domestic orders by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Large orders may be shipped by UPS. International orders are shipped APC.

By default, shipping rates we charge to you are based on the weight of the package and the destination.  When you add product to shopping cart, each variant is configured with the correct shipping weight. Our rate chart is shown below.

Keep in mind that most t-shirts weight between .25 and .50 pounds, except larger sizes of heavier-weight shirts.  Please configure shipping charges in your store accordingly.

Note: the weights shown in our rate chart below are not nice round numbers (like .479 rather than .5) to allow for slight variations in different shirts and the weight of the packaging.

By default, we will use Standard shipping for all orders. If you want to have Express shipping, please contact us at [email protected].

* Please note that orders shipping to an Arizona, California, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah address will be offered Standard delivery service and orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska addresses will be offered Express only due to carrier restrictions.

SALES TAX

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to a California address. The rate applied will be the California state rate of 7.25%. Orders shipped within the Orange County district will also be charged local tax making the applicable rate 7.75%. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipping to addresses outside of California.
